How to Return an Item:

1.Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2.Return Address

3. Include Order Number
To help us process your return efficiently, please include your  order number inside the parcel.

4.Send Your Tracking Code
After shipping your return, please email your tracking code to help@hacco.co.uk. This helps us monitor your return and expedite the refund process.

Important Notes:

Parcel Service

Recommendation: Please send your parcel via Royal Mail Tracked  service to ensure secure delivery.
Return Window: Items returned outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund. You will receive an email notification once it’s complete. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
