How to Return an Item
1. Eligibility for Returns You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

3. Include Your Invoice or Order Number To help us process your return more efficiently, please include your invoice or order number inside the parcel.
4. Send Your Tracking Code After you’ve shipped your return, please send your tracking code to us at help@hacco.co.uk. This will help us monitor your return and expedite the refund process.
Important Notes
– Items returned outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted. – We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that your return arrives safely. – Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
