File a Return
Select the item(s) you would like to return on “Your orders” page and click the "Return/other help" button. Please share your reason for return to help us serve you better next time! Select the return method and click “Submit”.

Print the Return Label
Click "Print" to print the label and tape the return label on the outside of your return package. Simply mail out the package at your nearest EVRI,Royal Mail,Yodel! The first return for EVERY order is free! All eligible items can be returned in their original condition within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. To avoid additional shipping costs and minimize the environmental impact of multiple returns, we suggest that you select the items you wish to return together. Please send the package within 14 days after you submit your return.

Get Refunded
If your order is eligible for Hacco Purchase Protection Program, you'll be refunded for your item(s). You may choose to receive the refund to your Hacco credit or your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation when the refund is done.
