Shipping Origin
Hacco works with international suppliers and manufacturers.
As a result, most orders are shipped directly from overseas, including China.
This allows us to offer a wider range of products and competitive pricing.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Processing time does not include delivery time.

Delivery to P.O. Box addresses depends on the product and courier and cannot be guaranteed
Delivery to restricted locations (such as military bases) is not available

Delivery Issues
If:
Your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or
Tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel
Please contact us as soon as possible after the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
